Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

Personal Reach helps users identify relevant job opportunities, generate personalized email drafts, manage sending preferences, and optionally connect Gmail for sending from the user's own Gmail account.

Some features may be available only on paid plans or only to a limited number of users during staged rollouts or capacity limits.

If you connect Gmail, you authorize Personal Reach to send email from your connected Gmail account using the permissions you grant through Google OAuth.

Personal Reach requests Gmail send access for sending-related features only. The service does not use the Gmail integration to read inbox contents, message history, or mailbox metadata as part of this feature.

After you complete Gmail connection, Personal Reach may send a test email to confirm that the integration is working. If you enable sending settings such as Auto-Send, Personal Reach may later send emails from your connected Gmail account according to those settings.

You remain responsible for the content sent from your Gmail account and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable law, platform rules, and the policies of your email provider.

You agree not to use Personal Reach to:

• send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious communications;
• harass recipients or violate anti-spam, privacy, or consumer protection laws;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, identity, or intent;
• attempt to bypass service limits, security controls, or onboarding restrictions;
• use the service in a way that could harm Personal Reach, Google, Gmail, or other third-party systems.

You retain responsibility for resumes, preferences, prompts, and other content you provide. You grant Personal Reach the limited rights needed to host, process, and use that content to operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and use any content you provide through the service.

Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing presented at checkout.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, downgrades, and refunds are subject to the terms presented at checkout and any published refund policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We may update features, limits, workflows, integrations, and eligibility requirements as the product evolves.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, or used the service in a prohibited manner.

You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect Gmail access from within the product or through your Google account permissions settings.

Personal Reach is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee job search results, interview requests, responses from recipients, or employment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Reach and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
